Convenient small airport hotel 1km from Bergamo and right next to Orio shopping centre.

The rooms are incredibly comfortable. Furniture could do with a revamp but the bed was so comfy.
The location is right by the airport. Which is handy.
However... While the hotel is pretty close to the airport, it is tricky to get to on foot. You need to follow a sidewalk with cars speeding beside you. If you're a woman travelling alone at night, it can feel quite unsafe.
The shuttle is only from the hotel to the airport, but this is not very well advertised. If you want to get from airport to the hotel, you need to get a private taxi (or, if you have run out of Euros as I did, walk).
The shuttles from the hotel to the airport run every 30 minutes.

Hotel super comodo per chi deve prendere un volo molto presto la mattina o arriva tardi la notte ed ha strada da fare.
Camere molto ampie, letti molto comoodi e servizio ristorante e colazione di buonissima qualità

Decent place to stay close to BGY. A little pricey for what it is , but that’s to be expected for an airport hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Be sure to get your parking ticket validated if you bring a car or you cannot exit the parking area, only costs €5 per day.

Abbiamo soggiornato al NH Hotel Orio al Serio una notte per partenza la mattina successiva dall’aeroporto. Soggiorno, confort, struttura, personale e colazione eccellente. Consigliatissimo!!

Aamupalan piti bookingin mukaan kuulua hintaan. Mutta ei kuulunutkaan. Meidän piti lähteä lentokentälle klo 4.30. Aamupalaa ei pystynyt saamaan mukaan, vaikka etukäteen sähköpostilla niin oli luvattu. Hyvin sekava kokemus. Palvelu vastaanotossa oli tylyä. Ylihinnoiteltu hotelli.

Hotel super comodo, a 900m dall’aeroporto collegato da un sottopassaggio. Molto funzionale se devi soggiornare per una notte e ripartire.
Ambienti ben curati, molto puliti, spaziosi e raffinati. Ottime le camere, pulite e spaziose. Il personale super gentile e con attenzione al cliente. Una Nota positiva alla receptionist Lara, di una gentilezza infinita, super attenta alle esigenze del cliente e molto preparata. “Quando uno ama il proprio lavoro”
Qualità prezzo top. Consiglio a tutti.

Buena habitación familiar, con bastante espacio para 2 adultos y 2 niños. Las camas son cómodas y el desayuno excelente. La ubicación es perfecta, a 10 minutos de la terminal del aeropuerto y a 2 minutos del centro comercial

Room was very dusty, causing my partner an allergic reaction. They charge you for the transfer to the airport, which is a 5 minute drive. Not up to NH Hotels standards.

Amazing and helpful staff. Very, clean and comfortable room. On the first day, we checked in late and faced an issue with the chilly room; we tried to turn off the AC, but the room became even colder. We were so tired to complain about it to the front desk, but the next day when we mentioned it to them that we couldn't raise the temperature of the AC above 25. She informed us that all rooms were programmed to this temperature, yet she provided us with an alternative warmer room where we can raise the temperature above 25, and we eagerly took it! We will surely book in this hotel again when we come back to Bergamo.
